Easy Raspberry Tart – Quick and Delicious!
Ingredients (for 1 tart, 4-inch size):
• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (cold, cubed)
• 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (plus extra for dusting)
• 1 tablespoon cold water
• 1/4 cup pastry cream or vanilla pudding
• 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
Instructions:
1. Make the tart shell: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix flour, butter, and powdered sugar until crumbly. Add cold water and form a dough. Press into a small tart pan and bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden. Let cool.
2. Fill: Spoon the pastry cream or pudding into the cooled tart shell.
3. Top: Arrange fresh raspberries generously on top.
4. Finish: Dust with powdered sugar. Chill for 10 minutes if you like it cold.
