Easy Hummus & Veggies - Great for snacking throughout the week!
1/3 cup high quality tahini
2–4 Tbsps cold water, or more if needed
2 Tbsps extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp fine sea salt
2 cloves fresh garlic, peeled and smashed
juice of 1 fresh lemon
1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
toppings: drizzle of olive oil, sesame seeds, chopped fresh parsley, sprinkle of ground sumac or paprika
Pulse all ingredients in your food processor or high speed blender until creamy.
