Egg and Spinach Cheese Bake
Ingredients:
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
6 large eggs
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup milk
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped spinach and sauté until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Add the sautéed spinach and shredded cheddar cheese to the egg mixture and stir until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a greased 9x9-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
