Easter Bunny Trail Mix
Ingredients
2 cups pretzels
1 cup Cheerios
1 cup Chex cereal
1 cup salted peanuts
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup M&M's (Easter colors)
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/4 cup pastel sprinkles
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the pretzels, Cheerios, Chex cereal, peanuts, and raisins.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the mix in the bowl, stirring gently to coat.
Spread the mix out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle the M&M's and pastel sprinkles over the top while the white chocolate is still melted.
Allow the mix to cool and the white chocolate to harden.
Break into pieces and serve or store in an airtight container.
