An easy #coconutcake cake. #easter I like to use real whipped cream for the frosting.
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 3oz box instant Jell-O coconut cream pudding mix
4 oz. shredded coconut
Place cream and pussing mix in mixing bowl, using an electric mixer beat till stiff peaks form. Fold in shredded coconut. Frost cooled cake.
