- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuits (cut into quarters)
- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 2 cups frozen hashbrowns (thawed)
- 1 1⁄2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1⁄2 tsp salt
📝 Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove excess grease.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, hashbrowns, and biscuit pieces.
4. In another bowl, whisk together milk, flour, salt, and half of the cheddar cheese until smooth.
5. Pour the milk mixture over the sausage and hashbrown mixture, stirring to combine.
6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
7. Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
