My Homemade version of Pork Loin Rub

This premade seasoning is good for 2 1/2 to 3 pounds of meat (2 pieces). Rub generously, marinade for at least 30 minutes and ready to pan sear or bake.

Ingredients:
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried onion
1 tablespoon paprika
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp Rosemary
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt

Honey Glaze:
1/4 cup honey
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar

Steps:
Use all the spices to rub the pork loin. Set aside.
In a pan, add 1 tablespoon oil and pan sear the loin about 5 minutes on each side.
Take out from pan and lay on a rectangular baking sheet.
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Make the glaze:
Combine honey, soy sauce and Balsamic vinegar to n a small bowl.
Slowly pour it into the pan of pan seared loin. Bake the loin for 25 minutes.
Let it rest 5-7 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
