Grilled Chicken Bites with Creamy Garlic Sauce 🍗🧄
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions:
1. Begin by marinating the chicken. In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and optional cayenne pepper. Toss in the chicken cubes, ensuring each piece is well-coated in the seasoning mix. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
2. While the chicken marinates, prepare the creamy garlic sauce. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste, then set aside.
3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Once hot, thread the marinated chicken cubes onto skewers, making sure to leave some space between each piece for even cooking.
4. Grill the chicken skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice char. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C).
5. Once cooked, remove the chicken skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
6. Serve the grilled chicken bites hot with the creamy garlic sauce on the side for dipping. Enjoy the burst of flavors in every bite!
