Delicious Pan-Seared Salmon with Herb Potatoes & Fresh Green Salad for Your Dinner Table

Ingredients:
1 salmon fillet (about 150g), 1/2 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed, 1/2 tbsp butter or olive oil, 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped, 1 cup fresh lamb’s lettuce (or spinach), 1/2 tbsp lemon juice or balsamic vinegar, Pinch of salt & black pepper

Directions:
1. Cook the Potatoes: Boil potatoes in salted water for 12-15 minutes until fork-tender. Drain and toss with butter, salt, black pepper, and fresh parsley.
2. Pan-Sear the Salmon: Heat olive oil in a nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Season salmon with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Cook skin-side down for 4 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice before serving.
3. Prepare the Salad: In a bowl, toss lamb’s lettuce with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
4. Assemble & Serve: Plate the salmon with the herb potatoes and fresh salad. Serve warm and enjoy!
