Crab Salad
Ingredients:
1 pound lump crab meat
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup diced celery
1/4 cup diced red onion
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the lump crab meat, mayonnaise, diced celery, diced red onion, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and Old Bay seasoning. Stir gently until all ingredients are well combined.
Season the crab salad with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
Before serving, give the crab salad a final stir. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired, and serve chilled with lemon wedges on the side.
