π Apricot Ham Glaze Recipe
π Ingredients:
Β½ cup apricot jam
ΒΌ cup honey
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 teaspoons lemon juice
ΒΌ teaspoon ground cloves
π₯ Directions:
In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and becomes smooth.
Brush over your ham during the last 30 minutes of baking, reapplying every 10 minutes for a glossy, sticky finish.
