2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup heavy cream
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup diced tomatoes (canned or fresh)
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon garlic powder....
