Creamy Garlic Butter Beef Pasta
Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) ground beef
3 tablespoons butter
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, chopped
2 cups beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
12 oz (340g) pasta (penne, rigatoni, or your choice)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned and cooked through. Remove excess fat, if necessary.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and soft.
Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in the heavy cream and dried Italian seasoning.
Add the uncooked pasta to the skillet, ensuring the pasta is submerged in the liquid. Bring to a simmer again, then reduce the heat to low. Cover the skillet and cook for about 12-15 minutes, or until the pasta is tender and the liquid has thickened.
Once the pasta is cooked, stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce is creamy.
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
