🥚 No-Bake Chocolate Easter Egg Slice 🍫
Ingredients:
200 g (7 oz) plain sweet biscuits (like graham crackers or digestive biscuits), crushed
1 cup shredded coconut
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
200 g (7 oz) milk chocolate, melted
1 cup mini chocolate eggs (for decoration)
1-2 drops food coloring (optional, for pastel shades)
Instructions:
Line an 8x8-inch (20x20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed biscuits, shredded coconut, melted butter, and sweetened condensed milk. Mix until everything is evenly combined and sticky.
Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan, using the back of a spoon or your hands to create an even layer.
If desired, divide the melted milk chocolate into separate bowls and mix in a drop of food coloring to create pastel shades. Drizzle or spread the colored chocolate over the biscuit base.
Decorate the top with mini chocolate eggs, pressing them gently into the chocolate layer.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the slice is firm and the chocolate is set.
Once set, lift the slice out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares or rectangles and serve.
