Tropical Fruit Salad
**Ingredients:
**Produce:
- 1 dragon fruit, diced
- 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 2 mangos, diced
- 1/2 pineapple, diced
- 10 strawberries, sliced
- 2 tangerines, peeled and segmented
- Fresh mint for garnish
**Condiments:
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup lime juice (freshly squeezed)
**Drinks:
- 1/2 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed)
**Directions:
1. Prepare the Fruit: Wash, peel, and chop all fruits into bite-sized pieces.
2. Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, and orange juice.
3. Combine & Toss: Add all chopped fruit to a large bowl, pour the dressing over, and gently toss to combine.
4. Chill & Serve: Refrigerate for 15-30 minutes for flavors to meld. Garnish with fresh mint before serving.
