Ingredients:
500 g veal, cubed
1 onion, chopped
2 carrots, sliced
2 cups beef broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon flour
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
