Easy Frosted Lemonade 🍋
Ingredients:
• 1 1/3 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 5–6 lemons)
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 6 cups vanilla bean ice cream
• 1 cup cold water
• Lemon slices for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a pitcher, mix the lemon juice and sugar until the sugar dissolves completely. Add the cold water and stir well.
2. In a blender, combine the lemonade mixture with the vanilla ice cream.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
4. Pour into glasses, garnish with lemon slices if desired, and serve immediately with a straw!
