TUNA SALAD

So easy tuna salad recipe. Great for sandwiches, crackers or just salad.

Ingredients:
1- 12 oz canned tuna
1/4 cup mayo
2 tbsp pickle relish
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp salt and pepper

***Cucumber sandwich
4 slices of bread (I use whole wheat)
1 cucumber sliced thinly
1/3 cup cheese (divided for 2 sandwiches)
2 tablespoons butter softened

***Tomato Avocado Sandwich
1/2 avocado - mashed
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 tomato sliced
