🌀🇫🇷 Escargots de Bourgogne
A Burgundy specialty of tender snails baked in garlic butter, parsley, and herbs. Perfect for adventurous eaters! 🐌🧄
Ingredients:
• 24 snails (canned or fresh, prepared)
• 100 g butter, softened
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
• Salt & pepper
• 1 baguette (to serve)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Mix butter with garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
2️⃣ Place a small amount of butter in each shell, add a snail, then cover with more butter.
3️⃣ Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 10 minutes until bubbling.
4️⃣ Serve hot with fresh baguette slices.
