A rustic and hearty sourdough bread with a crisp crust and soft interior! 🍞🔥
Ingredients:
• Sourdough starter: 500g
• Bread flour: 750g
• Water: 450ml
• Salt: 10g
Instructions:
1️⃣ Mix starter, flour, water, and salt into a dough and knead well.
2️⃣ Let it rise for 8-12 hours until doubled in size.
3️⃣ Shape into a round loaf and proof for another 2 hours.
4️⃣ Bake at 220°C (430°F) for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
