🔥 S'mores Crunchwrap 🍫
Ingredients:
6 large flour tortillas (burrito-sized)
12 graham cracker halves (about 6 full graham crackers)
6 large marshmallows or 1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup (175g) milk or dark chocolate chips (or chocolate bars)
1 tbsp unsalted butter (for toasting)
Directions:
Assemble the Layers:
Lay a large flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Place two graham cracker halves in the center. Top with a layer of chocolate chips or pieces of a chocolate bar, followed by one large marshmallow or a generous handful of mini marshmallows.
Fold the Crunchwrap:
Fold the edges of the tortilla inward over the filling to create overlapping pleats, forming a sealed wrap. Make sure no filling is exposed to prevent it from oozing out while toasting.
Toast the Crunchwrap:
Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add a small amount of butter and swirl it around the pan. Place the folded crunchwrap seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden and crisp. Flip and toast the other side for another 2-3 minutes.
Serve:
Remove the crunchwrap from the skillet and let it cool slightly before serving. Slice in half or enjoy it whole, savoring the gooey marshmallow and melted chocolate in every bite!
