Ingredients:

250g rigatoni pasta 🍝

200g Italian sausage, crumbled 🥩

1 cup heavy cream 🥛

1/2 cup grated Parmesan 🧀

1/2 cup diced tomatoes 🍅

2 garlic cloves, minced 🧄

Fresh basil leaves 🌿

Crushed red pepper (optional) 🌶️

Salt & pepper to taste 🧂

Instructions:

1. Cook pasta until al dente and set aside.

2. Sauté garlic and sausage until browned.

3. Add tomatoes and cook 2 minutes.

4. Stir in cream, bring to simmer.

5. Mix in cheese, then toss in pasta.

6. Garnish with basil and serve hot!
