Creamy Sausage Rigatoni

Ingredients:
250g rigatoni pasta π
200g Italian sausage, crumbled π₯©
1 cup heavy cream π₯
1/2 cup grated Parmesan π§
1/2 cup diced tomatoes π
2 garlic cloves, minced π§
Fresh basil leaves πΏ
Crushed red pepper (optional) πΆοΈ
Salt & pepper to taste π§
Instructions:
1. Cook pasta until al dente and set aside.
2. SautΓ© garlic and sausage until browned.
3. Add tomatoes and cook 2 minutes.
4. Stir in cream, bring to simmer.
5. Mix in cheese, then toss in pasta.
6. Garnish with basil and serve hot!
