SPICY MISO RAMEN 1 disc Japanese ramen noodles 1 tbsp miso paste 1 tbsp kewpie mayo 1 tbsp soy sauce...

SPICY MISO RAMEN

1 disc Japanese ramen noodles
1 tbsp miso paste
1 tbsp kewpie mayo
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
Bok choy
Boiling water from cooking the noodles
Tiger shrimp

For garnish:
Chili oil
Cilantro
Red chilis
Green onions
Black sesame seeds

Season shrimp with salt, pepper, chili powder, paprika. Over medium high heat add a little oil and cook shrimp approximately 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through and shrimp make a nice ā€œCā€ shape.

Jammy Eggs: add eggs to already boiling water. For a runny egg boil 6 minutes and take a spoon and hit the shell before you add to an add bath. This makes it easier to peel. if you want less runny eggs add more time (up to 13 minutes.)

Egg marinade:
3/4 cup soy
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup or brown sugar
7 cloves smashed or minced garlic
3 stalks chopped green onions

Add bok choy to boiling water and allow to cook 4-5 minutes. Prepare ramen according to package. Save the boiling water from the ramen. You will be using some of it.

To a bowl add miso, soy sauce, kewpie and sesame oil. Add in some of the reserved boiling water and use a whisk to incorporate ingredients. Arrange the rest of the ingredients in your bowl and enjoy.
