📋 Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup chopped nuts (e.g., walnuts or pecans)
- Banana slices and additional caramel sauce for topping
📝 Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
3. In another bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla, eggs, and mashed bananas; mix until well combined.
4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
