Baklava Coffee Creamer
Ingredients:
- 1 cup whole milk or heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pistachios (optional, for added flavor)
Instructions:
1. In a small saucepan, combine the milk (or heavy cream), sweetened condensed milk, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, cinnamon, and cardamom.
2. Warm over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture is well combined and just starting to simmer. Do not boil.
3. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
4. If desired, stir in chopped nuts for added texture and flavor.
5. Pour into a jar or bottle and refrigerate until chilled.
6. Shake well before using in your coffee.
