🥖 Grissini Breadsticks
Crispy, thin Italian breadsticks, perfect as an appetizer or to enjoy with wine and antipasti.
Ingredients
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• ¾ cup warm water
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 7 g (1 packet) dry yeast
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp salt
Instructions
1️⃣ Mix yeast, sugar, and warm water; let sit 10 minutes.
2️⃣ Add flour, oil, and salt; knead until smooth.
3️⃣ Cover and let rise 1 hour.
4️⃣ Roll dough into thin sticks and place on a tray.
5️⃣ Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 15–18 minutes until golden.
