Chicken & Dumplings🧀🍗
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 cup peas and carrots
4 cups chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
For Dumplings:
1 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp melted butter
Directions:
1. In a pot, combine broth, soup, chicken, and veggies. Bring to a gentle boil.
2. Mix dumpling ingredients until combined. Drop spoonfuls into the simmering broth.
3. Cover and cook 15 minutes (no peeking!).
4. Stir gently and serve hot, sprinkled with parsley if you like.
