Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup whipped heavy cream
½ cup powdered sugar
½ tsp vanilla
Blue food coloring
12 crushed chocolate cookies
Chocolate chips for topping
Instructions:
Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Add whipped cream and food color.
Fold in cookie pieces.
Refrigerate and top with more cookies and chips.
