Egg & Chickpea Power Bowl 🥗🥚🥒🍅
Ingredients:
🥚 Soft-boiled or hard-boiled eggs (halved)
🥒 Cucumber (chopped)
🍅 Cherry tomatoes
🧆 Chickpeas (cooked or canned)
🌿 Fresh parsley (chopped)
🌶️ Crushed chili flakes
🧂 Salt & pepper
🫒 Optional: Olive oil drizzle
Instructions:
1. Slice 🥚 eggs and 🥒 cucumbers.
2. In a bowl, combine 🧆 chickpeas, 🍅 tomatoes, and cucumbers.
3. Add the halved eggs on top.
4. Sprinkle with 🌿 parsley, 🌶️ chili flakes, 🧂 salt, and pepper.
5. Drizzle with 🫒 olive oil if desired.
