NO MILK, NO EGG BISCUITS #BudgetFriendly
2 cup flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup soft shortening
2/3 cup water
1 Tbsp. melted butter
Mix all ingredients together. Add enough flour to knead easily. Knead on floured board about 30 seconds. Roll out to 1/2 inch thick. Cut with biscuit cutter. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. brush tops with melted butter. Bake at 450°F for 10 to 12 minutes.
