π° Cheesecake cheese with blackberry π
π Ingredients
β’ 1 can (397 g) of condensed milk
β’ 1 can (400 ml) of evaporated milk
β’ 1 Β½ bars (approx. 300 g) of Philadelphia type cream cheese
β’ 3 eggs
β’ 170 g of cookies (Maria or Digestive Type)
β’ 1 bar (90 g) of melted butter
β’ 6 cups of brazamora jam

π©βπ³ Preparation
1οΈβ£ Cheesecake base
1. Preheat the oven at 180 Β° C (350 Β° F) for 10 minutes.
2. Crush the cookies until a sand texture is obtained.
3. Mix with melted butter and press the mixture at the bottom of a mold to form the base.
2οΈβ£ Fill
4. Blend the eggs, condensed milk, evaporated milk and cream cheese until you get a homogeneous mixture.
5. Pour the mixture on the cookie base.
6. Bake for 30 minutes or until the center is firm.
3οΈβ£ Completion
7. Let cool and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
8. Cover with the Zarzamora jam before serving.
