8 oz spaghetti or ramen noodles
1 lb ground beef
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup beef broth
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
½ cup green onions, sliced
Sesame seeds for garnish
Directions:
Cook the Noodles:
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook the noodles according to the package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Brown the Ground Beef:
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

Add Garlic:
Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Make the Sauce:
Stir in the soy sauce, brown sugar, beef broth, and red pepper flakes.
Let the mixture simmer for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Combine Noodles and Sauce:
Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss everything together until the noodles are well coated with the sauce.
Add Green Onions:
Stir in the sliced green onions and cook for another minute to blend the flavors.
Serve:
