"Hi! My journey with CleanFoodCrush began in 2020 when I joined my first 30-Day Clean Eating Challenge.
Back then, I was ready for a change, eager to feel better and gain control of my eating habits.

I had great success losing 12 lbs in 30 days. Over time, I drifted away from the program. While I continued to follow the Facebook group and use recipes from Rachel’s website, it just wasn’t enough to keep me on track. I realized I needed more—more support, encouragement, and structure. That’s when I decided to come back to the challenge in October 2024, and it has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health.

*Returning to the Challenge*
When I rejoined the CleanFoodCrush 30-Day Clean Eating Challenge, I knew exactly why I was doing it: the support and results.

The first time I participated, the community and guidance made all the difference.

Life got in the way, and I strayed from the program, but the things I learned during my initial challenge stayed with me. Even when I wasn’t actively participating, I found myself paying more attention to labels and making better choices. But I missed the accountability and motivation that came with being part of the group.

Rejoining wasn’t just about losing weight—it was about regaining control over how I fueled my body and how I felt every day.

Since restarting the challenge, the changes have been incredible.

But beyond the numbers, the way I feel now is what keeps me going.

For me, the magic of CleanFoodCrush Challenge lies in the group support, encouragement, and motivation I get from the group.

On my own, it was easy to get lost or stuck in old habits, but the challenge creates an environment where I feel seen and supported.

Knowing that real women—not computers or automated responses—are there to respond to my questions and cheer me on makes all the difference.

One experience that stood out to me was during my first challenge when I had the courage to share my progress photos. Someone made an unkind comment, claiming that my pictures didn’t align with the timeframe.

Before I even had time to feel hurt, other members of the group reached out to me privately with kind words of support, and the individual who made the comment was promptly removed from the group.

That moment showed me just how special and uplifting this community is, and it gave me the confidence to keep going.
I also love how everyone shares their journeys, tips, and meal ideas.
Seeing different ways to prepare meals is a huge help—especially when I started to feel bored or needed to change things up. Having access to a variety of recipes and ideas keeps me motivated and ensures I stay on track.

The lessons I’ve learned from 30-Day Clean Eating Challenge have truly stuck with me, even during the times I wasn’t fully following the program. Now, I’m more mindful of the ingredients I buy and the choices I make. I know that I feel my best when I eat the right foods, and that knowledge keeps me going.

This journey has also taught me to have faith in myself and to stop comparing my progress to others.

Everyone’s path is different, and success looks unique for each of us. For me, the key has been focusing on what works for my body and celebrating the results that matter most to me.
