Golden Bread Rolls Stuffed with Savory Ground Beef and Melted Cheese
Ingredients:
500g ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup marinara sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
6 large soft bread rolls
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the chopped onion and garlic until softened and fragrant.
Add the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks. Stir in paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked through.
Pour in the marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes, letting the flavors meld together.
Slice the tops off the bread rolls and hollow them out, creating space for filling.
Spoon the beef mixture evenly into each bread roll, then top generously with shredded mozzarella.
Place the filled rolls on the baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter mixed with garlic powder.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the rolls are golden brown.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve warm.
