Caramel Apple Cheesecake
Ingredients:
Crust:
- 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ cup melted butter
Filling:
- 3 (8 oz) cream cheese
- ¾ cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
Apple Topping:
- 2 apples, peeled and diced
- 2 tbsp butter
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- Caramel sauce
Instructions:
1. Prepare crust and bake at 325°F (160°C) for 10 minutes.
2. Beat filling ingredients until smooth, pour over crust. Bake 55 mins.
3. Cook apples with butter and brown sugar. Top cheesecake.
4. Drizzle with caramel and chill.
