Everyone likes their gravy different ways but I only cook it the way my Grandmother always did. Add oil to skillet, once it's very hot add just a little flour, stir flour until it absorbs your oil and fry it until it's as dark as you want it. Add water and stir until you get your thickness the way you prefer it and add salt and black pepper 😋
