𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗲—𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝘆 𝗵𝘂𝘀𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗱, “𝗦𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿.” 💕
This Layered Taco Salad is my new go-to for parties and potlucks!
🌮 What You’ll Need:
• 1 lb Ground Beef
• 1 Taco Seasoning Packet
• 1 head Iceberg Lettuce, chopped
• 1 cup Sour Cream
• ½ cup Salsa
• Juice of 1 Lime
• 1 can (15 oz) Black Beans, drained
• ½ can (15 oz) Corn, drained
• 1 small Red Onion, chopped
• 1 cup Grape Tomatoes, halved
• 1½ cups Shredded Mexican Cheese
• ⅓ cup Sliced Black Olives
• Tortilla Chips (crushed, for topping)
🥗 Quick Steps:
1️⃣ Brown beef with taco seasoning. Let cool.
2️⃣ Mix sour cream, salsa & lime juice.
3️⃣ In a dish: beef ➝ lettuce ➝ sour cream mix ➝ beans ➝ corn ➝ onion ➝ more lettuce ➝ sour cream mix ➝ tomatoes ➝ cheese ➝ olives.
4️⃣ Cover & chill for 2+ hours. Top with chips before serving!
