One-Pan Chicken with Buttered Noodles 🍽️
Quick and delicious dinner recipe in just one pan!
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and add olive oil.
2. Season chicken strips with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
3. Cook chicken in the skillet for 5-6 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add egg noodles and pour in chicken broth.
5. Bring to a simmer and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are tender.
6. Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until the sauce is creamy and smooth.
7. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and mix well.
8. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes if using.
9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
