Cheesy Garlic Pizza Pinwheels
Ingredients:
1 package refrigerated pizza dough
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup pepperoni slices (optional)
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
¼ cup pizza sauce (for dipping)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the dough – Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle.
Make garlic butter – In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Brush it over the dough.
Add toppings – Sprinkle mozzarella, Parmesan, and optional pepperoni evenly over the dough.
Roll it up – Starting from the long side, tightly roll the dough into a log. Slice into 1-inch thick pinwheels.
Bake – Place pinwheels on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.
Serve – Let cool slightly and serve with warm pizza sauce for dipping.
