β¨ Ingredients:
1 lb beef sirloin or ribeye, thinly sliced
2 tbsp butter
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 tsp salt
Β½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup beef broth
1 cup sour cream
Β½ cup heavy cream
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp all-purpose flour (optional, for thickening)
12 oz cooked egg noodles
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
π₯ Instructions:
1οΈβ£ Cook the Beef:
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add butter and let it melt
Add the sliced beef and cook for 3β4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
2οΈβ£ SautΓ© the Vegetables:
In the same skillet, add onions, garlic, and mushrooms. SautΓ© for 3β4 minutes until softened.
Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
3οΈβ£ Make the Sauce:
Stir in Worcestershire sauce and beef broth. Bring to a simmer.
If a thicker sauce is desired, whisk flour into ΒΌ cup cold water and stir it into the sauce.
Reduce heat to low and mix in sour cream, heavy cream, and Dijon mustard. Stir well until smooth.
4οΈβ£ Combine & Serve:
Return the cooked beef to the skillet and stir until fully coated in the sauce.
Let simmer for 5 minutes, then serve over cooked egg noodles.
Garnish with fresh parsley.
