🍏 Warm Apple Cheesecake Tacos – A Perfect Fall Dessert! 🌮🍰
Ingredients:
Taco Shells:
Small flour tortillas
Melted butter
Cinnamon sugar
Cheesecake Filling:
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup whipped cream
Apple Topping:
2 apples, peeled and diced
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
A pinch of nutmeg (optional)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Brush tortillas with melted butter, sprinkle cinnamon sugar, and bake for 5-7 minutes.
2️⃣ Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and fold in whipped cream.
3️⃣ In a pan, cook diced apples with butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg until tender.
4️⃣ Fill taco shells with cheesecake filling and top with apples.
