🥩🧀 Steak & Cheese Stuffed Gnocchi Skillet
- Ingredients:
For the Steak & Gnocchi:
1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 (16 oz) package cheese-stuffed gnocchi
For the Sauce:
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
-Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook the Steak:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season steak pieces with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
2️⃣ Cook the Gnocchi:
In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds.
Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer.
Add cheese-stuffed gnocchi and cook for 3–4 minutes until tender.
3️⃣ Make the Sauce:
Stir in heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, and red pepper flakes.
Simmer for 2 minutes, then add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Stir until melted.
4️⃣ Combine Everything:
Return steak to the skillet and toss with the creamy gnocchi.
Cook for another minute until heated through.
5️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
