Beef with Potatoes and Melted Cheese 🥩🧀🥔
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 lb ground beef
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)
Directions:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add diced potatoes and cook for about 10–12 minutes, stirring often, until tender and golden. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add chopped onion and cook for 2–3 minutes.
Add ground beef and break it apart with a spoon. Cook for 7–8 minutes, until browned and fully cooked.
Season the beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Stir well to combine.
Return cooked potatoes to the skillet and mix everything together.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar and mozzarella evenly over the beef and potatoes.
Cover the skillet and reduce heat to low. Let the cheese melt for 2–3 minutes.
Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
