Ingredients
For the Fruit Salad:
1 cup (150g) fresh strawberries, sliced
1 cup (150g) pineapple chunks
1 cup (150g) green grapes
1 cup (150g) red grapes
1 banana, sliced (optional)
For the Cheesecake Bites:
1 prepared cheesecake (store-bought or homemade), cut into bite-sized cubes
For the Chocolate-Dipped Fruits:
6 large strawberries, whole
Β½ cup (75g) green grapes
Β½ cup (90g) white chocolate, melted
Β½ cup (50g) crushed graham crackers
For the Caramel Drizzle:
ΒΌ cup (60ml) caramel sauce
Instructions
Prepare the Fruit Salad:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, pineapple chunks, green grapes, red grapes, and banana slices (if using). Toss gently to mix.
Add the Cheesecake Bites:
Cut the prepared cheesecake into bite-sized cubes.
Gently fold the cheesecake cubes into the fruit mixture, being careful not to break them apart.
Make the Chocolate-Dipped Fruits:
Dip the whole strawberries and green grapes into the melted white chocolate, coating them evenly.
Roll the chocolate-coated fruits in crushed graham crackers for a crunchy texture.
Place the dipped fruits on a parchment-lined tray and let them set for 10-15 minutes.
Assemble the Salad:
Transfer the fruit and cheesecake mixture to a large serving dish or bowl.
Arrange the chocolate-dipped fruits on top of the salad for a decorative touch.
Drizzle and Serve:
Drizzle the caramel sauce over the salad just before serving.
