Quick & Easy Cream-Filled Crepes
Ingredients:
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 cup water
• 2 tbsp melted butter
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 2 tbsp sugar (optional)
For the Cream Filling:
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1/4 cup powdered sugar
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Blend all crepe ingredients until smooth. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour 1/4 cup of batter, spreading it thinly. Cook for about 1-2 minutes per side.
3. For the filling, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until fluffy.
4. Fill each crepe with the cream mixture, roll or fold, and drizzle with chocolate sauce if desired.
