Sausage Gravy & Egg Biscuits Casserole 🍳🥓
Ingredients:
1 can refrigerated biscuits
1 lb breakfast sausage
1/2 cup flour
2 cups milk
4 large eggs
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Prepare Biscuits: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut the biscuits into quarters and bake them.
Make Gravy: Brown the sausage in a skillet, then add flour and cook for 1-2 minutes. Gradually add milk, cooking until thickened.
Eggs: Whisk the eggs, season with salt and pepper, and set aside.
Combine: In a casserole dish, layer the baked biscuits. Pour the sausage gravy over them, followed by the beaten eggs.
Top with Cheese: Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Serve: Let it cool slightly before serving.
