**Ingredients:
- Bread slices (such as sourdough or baguette)
- Burrata cheese (or ricotta for an alternative)
- Cherry tomatoes, halved
- Fresh basil, chopped or whole leaves
- Olive oil
- Salt & black pepper
- Red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
- Balsamic glaze (optional)
**Instructions:
1. Toast the Bread: Brush slices with olive oil and toast until golden and crispy.
2. Prepare the Topping: In a bowl, mix halved cherry tomatoes, chopped basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
