Creamy, cheesy, and loaded with flavor—perfect for parties or a fancy snack!

Ingredients:

20 large button mushrooms 🍄

200g (7 oz) lump crab meat (drained) 🦀

100g (1/2 cup) cream cheese, softened 🧀

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 🧂

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 garlic clove, minced 🧄

2 tbsp chopped green onion or parsley 🌿

1/4 tsp paprika

1/4 cup breadcrumbs (for topping)

1 tbsp melted butter 🧈

Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Place caps on a baking tray.

3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, mayo, Parmesan, garlic, herbs, paprika, salt & pepper.

4. Fill each mushroom cap with the crab mixture.

5. Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter, then sprinkle over the tops.

6. Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.

7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm!
