🛒 Ingredients:
1.5 lbs (700g) boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts 🍗
2 tbsp olive oil 🫒
1 tbsp lemon juice 🍋
3 garlic cloves, minced 🧄
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Salt & pepper to taste 🧂
To Serve:
Warm pita or flatbread 🫓
Lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red onion 🥗
Garlic yogurt or tahini sauce 🧄🥣
👨🍳 Instructions:
Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and all spices in a bowl. Add chicken, coat well, and marinate in the fridge (at least 1 hour, ideally overnight). Grill or pan-fry the chicken until golden and cooked through (5–7 min per side). Let rest, then slice thinly. Serve wrapped in warm pita with fresh veggies and a drizzle of sauce.
