2 cloves Garlic
2 cups Mushrooms, fresh
1 Parsley, Fresh
2 cups Spinach, fresh
1/2 tsp Thyme (or fresh thyme, dried)
1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Butter

Directions:
